Brinkley is a licensed agent who works as a Transaction Coordinator and oversees Client Care for our team. She manages all transaction details from contract to closing, including pre-list marketing. Before transitioning into real estate, Brinkley spent several years in collegiate athletics, working in football operations and coaching, which taught her the value of preparation, problem-solving, and performing under pressure. Prior to working in college athletics, Brinkley graduated with a Masters degree in Sports Management from the University of Central Missouri where she played for the Jennies Golf team.

She brings the same analytical and detail-oriented approach to every transaction, helping clients navigate the process with confidence. Her goal is to make buying and selling real estate feel as seamless and stress-free as possible through clear communication, organization, and dependable support.

Outside of work Brinkley enjoys golfing, watching football, being outdoors, watching movies, and playing piano.
